Held every August, the Fowey Royal Regatta is an attraction which draws visitors for its maritime as well as its land based events. One of the premier sailing events in Britain, the Fowey Royal Regatta has previously drawn eminent guests such as Queen Victoria, Prince Albert and Queen Elizabeth II. Events held during the Fowey Royal Regatta include crab catching, fireworks, raft races, Red Arrows displays and of course sailing races which are held every day.Location
